Products & pricing

Displayed prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate (18% on our weighing products) is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay. Products marked "Price on request" are quoted individually and their final pricing is stated in the written quotation, which prevails over any site content.

Specifications are stated per product page; certifications apply only to the products that list them.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed by SMS/email with an order number (MSF-XXXXX). Payment is online via Razorpay's hosted checkout (UPI, card or netbanking), or Cash on Delivery.

Cash-on-Delivery orders require a ₹1 order-confirmation charge paid online at checkout. It is deducted from the order total, not added to it, and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled — see the Refund Policy.

Delivery is free all over India on every order, with no minimum order value — see the Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and freight handling.

We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors, stock unavailability or serviceability limits, with notice.

Quotes & installed systems

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote. Installed systems (weighbridges, batching, aircraft kits) are governed by the survey findings, quotation and order confirmation for that project.

Liability & disputes

Warranty remedies are as stated in the Warranty & AMC terms. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the product or service concerned. Placeholder: governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel.
